Has any team ever went 16-0 in the NHL playoffs?

In my recent research on NHL playoff history, I discovered that no team has ever achieved a perfect 16-0 record in the playoffs. The closest any team has come to this flawless run was the 1988 Edmonton Oilers, who finished with a 16-2 record, winning their fourth Stanley Cup.
